All in all a fantastic stay, the venue met standards. The hotel was fabulous with great and brilliant location close to old town, sites of interest as well as Buses & Train.

The room was beautiful and had a great sleep. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the wifi connection was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of great pintxo bars and restaurants to try. The location was also convenient, with easy walking access to the Old Town and the seaside.

There was no power for half a day, which made our stay unpleasant as there were no lights or showers. there was no space to store bikes, which was inconvenient for those traveling by bike.

Check in was easy, hotel was gorgeous, locations was marvellous close to everything. Thanks to the gentle staff everything was perfect, including a wide array of brilliant food.

Clean, fantastic value hotel, its location was marvellous and brilliant and near the city center and beach, and restaurants, bars & buses. I enjoyed lovely and kind personnel that ensures guests have a fantastic stay.

The breakfast had a huge variety of food, which was brilliant, and the room was wonderful and attractive, with Wi-Fi and a kitchenette area—this place is my next choice again.

We loved the hotel, it was gorgeous and had incredible location close to Old Town and the beach promenade, and Zurriola beach & the beautiful old town.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Pension Altair. It had two separate areas, one for lounging and a small kitchen, and another for the bedroom. Each section had its own balcony, offering a lovely touch. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, giving us a "feel good" vibe throughout our stay. We were also delighted to find a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room. The neighborhood had a perfect balance of good eateries and drinking spots, providing convenience right at our doorstep. The staff was very responsive and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met during our visit.
